Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square, has it all: luxurious amenities, attentive service, impressive city views from one of San Francisco's legendary landmarks and a waterfront location.
Housed in the original Ghirardelli factory buildings, Fairmont Heritage Place's elegant decor recalls the city's industrial past: cast steel work finishes are a nod to the city's famous bridges, while warm red brick walls echo the former factory's industrial exterior. In your one bedroom, city-view residence, you will find plush Mascioni Italian linens, LCD televisions, a washer and dryer, wine refigerator, and a fireplace.
Fairmont Heritage Place puts you steps away from the newly-renovated Ghirardelli Square's high-end retail, fine dining restaurants, art galleries, spa facilities and more. At the end of the day, you can whip up dessert in the full kitchen, warm your hands by one of the outdoor fireplaces, or just pour a glass of wine and admire your private view of the San Francisco skyline.
"It's in Ghirardelli Square with all the other shops, wine bars, and restaurants, and only a few blocks from Fishermans Wharf...but we walked in and thought "Who needs to leave the hotel!?" The rooms were beautifully done, modern, elegant and had everything we needed - included a super helpful concierge staff that helped out with questions, cabs, and reservations." - MrsZiggy
"My husband and I are frequent discerning travelers and we found this to be one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had...Full kitchen, plush robes, Ghirardelli chocolates, flat screen TVs in every room, a large modern bathroom in each bedroom, fireplace and fab surround sound system. On our second day we were informed that a bay view suite would be available for our final night and scooped it up. The staff looked after transferring our belongings while we were out taking a tour of Alcatraz. The view from this suite was spectacular. The harbour, Hyde Street Pier, Alcatraz and of course Ghirardelli Square, great for people watching. The location: we were easily within walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and the cruise boats; we did enjoy the use of the complimentary Maserati on our last night to go for a romantic dinner." - Sherylshopper, Key West, FL
"This apartment was absolutely stunning. Each guestroom was humongous and featured a king bed and bathroom. The living room and kitchen were sleek and modern and perfect for entertaining. The best part of the apartment was the balcony - it had the most amazing view, overlooking Alcatraz. There was also a fire pit. Absolutely wonderful." - CityGirl610, Washington, D.C.
