"Greg understands individual fitness levels and tailors the workouts accordingly. I never feel like I am holding the class back and I am getting the best workout of my life." - Gretchen S., San Francisco, CA
"In joining the class you really do get the best of both worlds -- access to the knowledge of a certified fitness trainer and the encouragement and comraderie of a group working towards a common goal. I even ran a half marathon with some other members of the class in Napa last summer, which is something I never thought possible." - Heather B., San Francisco, CA
