Three Tarts  

A love of pastry-making brought together the Three Tarts - Marla D'Urso, Sandra Palmer, and Kiyomi Toda-Burke - who became friends in culinary school. The Tarts gained their kitchen experience at Cafe Boulud, Payard and Spice Market, respectively, before opening Three Tarts, a bakery and gift shop specializing in creative confections, bite-sized desserts, and rich handmade drinks.
